Attention: we are doing our best to get your products to you as fast as possible. It can happen that an order placed between 12am and 3pm is delivered to you the next day! Please choose your delivery address carefully (parents, office,...) so that someone is available to receive delivery of your order during office hours.

2. Express delivery service

For an express delivery service (D+1), we offer a courier delivery option. The price changes regularly but is quoted online when you select the courier delivery option. Therefore you will get a quote fixing the exact price for your order before you place your order.

 

3. Online order tracking

All MamaXL orders can be tracked thanks to a unique order number. You can find this number within your MamaXL user account. This number is also emailed to you automatically shortly before your products are shipped out from our production facilities.

This number allows you to track your parcel online on the website of our transport agent as well as within your MamaXL user account.

 

4. Packaging quality

Your order is important to us. Our packaging has been developed specifically for our products in order to maximise the protection of your order during transportation.

When your order leaves our factory, it is taken up by the transport agent that has been judged most qualified for your region (or by an express courier if you chose the option). We are convinced that all our agents will take good care of your orders.

What to do in case of damage to the packagin?

Do never accept a damaged package.  In all cases, please write « damaged package » on the reception form or open the package in front of the delivery man or women in order to assess the condition of the goods as well as the number of goods.
